The
Language Education Division of Caslon Publishing produces
books for teachers, administrators, policymakers, and
researchers who are concerned about bilingual education,
English as a second language, literacy education, world
languages, heritage languages, and community languages.
Our
books are written by scholars and practitioners with
experience in the field, and they make recent developments
in language education, literacy studies, anthropology
of education and sociolinguistics accessible and practicable
on the local level.
Context
is key, and the books that we publish all provide detailed
accounts of how educators are working to address the
language and literacy needs of students in particular
schools and communities throughout the world.
Please
see our new titles and
book series to learn more
about the specifics of our publishing program. You can

to order books, submit
a book proposal, meet us,
